1. Legal Compliance & Age

You must be 21 years of age or older (or the legal age in your state/country) to purchase our products.

All orders for THCa-containing items are subject to compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You are responsible for ensuring that THCa products are legal in your jurisdiction before placing an order.

2. Product Compliance

All THCa products shipped by OnlyStrans LLC are tested by third-party labs and comply with the United States’ 2018 Farm Bill (i.e. contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight).

A Certificate of Analysis (COA) accompanies every batch and is available on each page of the shop for appropriate items. This COA may be provided upon request or included inside the shipment.

3. Shipping Carriers & Restrictions

Shipments are fulfilled via UPS with discretion and following carrier rules regarding hemp-derived cannabinoid products.

Because carriers have different policies, shipping of THCa products may be restricted or prohibited in certain states or regions. If your shipping address is in a location where THCa is banned by law or carrier policy, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you.

You are responsible for ensuring your address is accurate and that THCa is permitted in your area.

4. Fulfillment & Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed and legal verification is complete.

Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99 USD within the continental U.S.

Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

6. Delivery Times

Shipping methods & estimated delivery time are as followed*

Standard Ground: 3-7 business days

Expedited / 2-Day: 2 business days

Overnight: 1 business day

*These are estimates provided by the carrier. OnlyStrans LLC is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, customs (for international orders), or other factors outside our control.

7. States / Regions We Cannot Ship To

OnlyStrans LLC will not ship THCa products to states or regions where such products are expressly prohibited by law.

Some states have ambiguous or changing laws concerning THCa. We will monitor state regulation and may suspend shipments to certain states if required.

8. Damage, Lost or Stolen Packages

We are responsible for the order up until it is handed off to the carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We may request photos or other proof of damage or loss.

OnlyStrans LLC is not liable for theft or loss once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

For high-value orders, we strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance or delivery confirmation where available.

9. International Shipping

At this time, OnlyStrans LLC does not ship products outside the United States.

If this changes, customers ordering from outside the U.S. are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and compliance with their local laws.

10. Returns & Refunds Related to Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error (e.g. wrong product shipped, you never receive the item due to our fault).

If you received the wrong item, or item is wrongfully damaged, OnlyStrans LLC will cover return shipping or send a replacement at no charge.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with OnlyStrans LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Shipping Policy. If you disagree with any part of this policy, please do not place an order.
